More powerful than the original Electro-Luber, the ULTIMATE LUBER™ is a motor-driven, refillable automatic lubricator designed for demanding industrial applications. Its microprocessor-controlled, energy-efficient motor drives a fixed-displacement pump that delivers grease at pressures exceeding 1,000 psi.

This high output enables multi-point lubrication and allows lubricant to travel through long feed lines to progressive distributors. Each programmed cycle dispenses approximately 1.25 cc of grease, with consistent output unaffected by temperature or altitude.

When paired with a distribution block, a single MD unit can supply up to 12 lubrication points—functioning as a compact central lubrication system. Remote mounting capabilities also improve safety by keeping the unit accessible and away from hazardous areas, reducing maintenance time and overall operating costs.
