For lines running at around 400°F, lubrication is typically done once a day. However, the ideal frequency can vary depending on factors like line speed, oven time, and washer process. Finding the right lubrication interval usually involves some fine-tuning and takes about 2 to 3 weeks to dial in from the initial starting point.
How often is service recommended on my conveyor?
Most customers find that quarterly service meets their needs. However, the ideal service frequency depends on factors such as how many shifts your facility runs, the condition and usage of your lines, and the availability of in-house maintenance staff.
